# Contact Valid Agenda

Valid Agenda Pty Ltd helps owners of established businesses make room for their next service, product or venture. David Pengelley combines experienced AI leadership with practical help to move agreed work forward.

## Who Valid Agenda is for

Owners of established businesses with a next venture, service or product to explore and willingness to invest time and budget in making it happen.

## What fractional CAIO means

A fractional Chief AI Officer is a senior leadership role that helps an owner set priorities, find where AI can help and move agreed work forward without adding a permanent executive before the need is clear.

## How to book

Primary path: [Book a conversation](https://validagenda.com/book) (/book).

- Choose a time in the booking calendar for a 30-minute conversation.
- Bring the idea, what is getting in the way and any timing or investment constraints. You do not need a technical brief.
- We will discuss fit and a sensible next step, which may include leadership, a scoped build or specialist help.

## Agreeing the work

Work can include fractional AI leadership, hands-on proofs of concept and MVPs, or directing specialist help. We agree the priority, delivery scope and ongoing responsibilities together.

- Unlimited specialist delivery
- Taking ownership of every specialist component
- Replacing a team the client already has in place
